Strategic Litigation
Law and Political Economy in Europe, in consultation with civil society partners, has been promoting and advancing a novel approach on strategic litigation that focuses on systemic enablers of economic power.
Task Forces
In addition to Strategic Litigation, the Law and Economic Democracy Project comprises task forces in three key areas: Finance, Green Industrial Policy, and Food Systems.
The Task Forces will identify non-reformist reforms in their respective areas, identifying where legal interventions can disrupt the systemic dynamics that drive ecological harm and entrench socio-economic inequalities, reconfiguring the institutional terrain for enduring change.
